Ho Tram Beach Boutique Rooms, Bungalows and Pool Villas: Which One to Book

For most couples the Premier Ocean Bungalow is the room to book at Ho Tram Beach Boutique Resort & Spa: the only category that looks at the sea, with a thatched roof and an open-air bathroom. Everything else turns on two questions: do you want a room near the salt pool or a cottage of your own in the garden, and do you need two bedrooms? Sizes run from 42 m² to 370 m².

How to get the right room at Ho Tram Beach Boutique

01

Match by view, not by name

Booking pages rename rooms. Use the view in the table above: “Ocean” is the only sea view, “Lagoon” faces the water behind the resort.

02

Ask for a renovated room

Rooms are being refreshed one by one. Ask for a renovated room in the booking notes; it is on request, not guaranteed.

03

Book villas and family bungalows early

There are only a handful of pool villas and family bungalows, and Saigon families fill them at weekends and on holidays.

Honest note

Some rooms are older than the photos suggest, with air-conditioners and fridges that guests describe as noisy, and the garden setting means mosquitoes. The open-air bathroom in the Ocean Bungalows has no air-conditioning.

Questions about rooms at Ho Tram Beach Boutique

Which rooms at Ho Tram Beach Boutique have a bathtub?

The Premier Ocean Bungalow has a stone bathtub in its open-air bathroom, and the family bungalows are described with a bathtub in each bathroom. Other categories vary between bathtub and walk-in shower depending on the listing, and the Deluxe Garden Bungalow is shown with a shower only. If a bath matters, ask the hotel when you book.

Is the Premier Lagoon Room on the beach?

No. The Premier Lagoon rooms are in red-brick, clay-tiled houses on the lagoon behind the beach. Upper-floor rooms have open water and tree views, and some booking pages describe a partial sea view, but you still walk through the garden to reach the sand. Book the Premier Ocean Bungalow if you want to be closest to the sea.

Can I add an extra bed to a room at Ho Tram Beach Boutique?

Yes, most categories take one extra bed, charged by the night, for a third adult or an older child. The listed charge differs between booking sites, so confirm it when you book. Two adults with two children under 12 usually need an extra bed in a standard room, which is why families often choose the 86 m² two-bedroom bungalow.

Do all rooms at Ho Tram Beach Boutique have a balcony or terrace?

Every category has a balcony or a veranda, according to a tour-operator fact sheet and the resort’s photos. Bungalows have ground-level verandas with chairs or loungers; Garden Rooms and Lagoon Rooms have small balconies. The pool villas have a covered terrace along their own pool.

Are there twin beds at Ho Tram Beach Boutique?

Yes. Garden Rooms, Premier Garden Bungalows, Premier Lagoon rooms and Premier Ocean Bungalows come in king or twin versions. The Deluxe Garden Bungalow and One-Bedroom Pool Villa are king only. Choose the twin option on the booking page if it is offered, and add a note as well.

Are the Ocean Bungalows noisy because of the beach bar?

Some can be, early in the evening. The beach bar and the weekend seafood barbecue with live music sit on the sand near the Ocean Bungalows and usually finish by about 10 pm. Light sleepers who go to bed early may prefer a Garden Bungalow further back.
